The order process, shipping, delivery, and help was above and beyond. The box gave me a few head scratching moments, but I think it was because I did update before doing the app store. Its been great so far no issues. I get my local stations and I'm not paying $170 a month for cable anymore. I might get one for my bedroom also. Haven't explored everything yet. Thank you
